"I can't believe you just stuck your tail out the back. That'll never work for me." He murmurs as he works, revealing scaled thighs that glint in the light, and... and nothing more. That's weird as hell.
Leaning in to examine—he bumps his snout on Ren's crotch, which is both unexpected and startling, and draws a curse from him—he sees that Ren is (of course) right: there's a deep pucker, horizontal more than vertical, which looks to have clenched itself shut. Reaching down with a frown, he tries to work the tip of one blunt claw into it.
"Mm." He shifts again, more languidly. Still weird as fuck, lighting up nerves freshly connected to his brain, but bad...? No. Definitely not. But he still wishes Igor hadn't chopped off his dick.
"Yeah. I guess they can keep warm easy, with the fire," he adds thoughtfully. "Why?"
"Well," he says wickedly, probing a little deeper as Ren shifts beneath his hands. "most reptiles are like birds. They don't have external genitalia. Males or females," he quickly adds.
It's quite warm in there. It doesn't feel like usual; the muscle of the wall is different, and it seems easier to gain access.
"...The fuck? How do they even—" He breaks off with little indrawn breath at the touch of Goro's clawed finger. "...even make baby reptiles," he finishes, but some of the fire has gone out of it.
"Often with something called a cloacal kiss," he says, drawing his finger out again, careful of its claw, and returning it to probe deeper, gently in and out. His fox eyes are luminous in the dim light, steady on Ren's. "Or sometimes"—"
—and his finger slips in past the second knuckle, with a small, pleased gasp as he finds what he was seeking, and runs a pad over the top of it—"what they have emerges from inside. At the appropriate time."
A noise tears free from Ren's throat. His eyes, fully dilated, fix on Goro's weird fox face; his hand flies down to grab Goro's wrist and hold him still while Ren rocks against his fingers. "That's so weird. Fuck—"
Then his eyelids flutter as Goro's words catch up to him. "Wait. So it's not gone."
"Not unless you have something else in here." His grin widens, strange and unnatural, as he stiffens his hand for Ren to rock against. His tails begin to lift, out of sight, arching over his back.
"It just feels..." He trails off, searching for words, shifting the angle of Goro's hand so that the tips of his claws bump against the inside of Ren's... whatever the hell it is. What's the word Goro used? Cloacal?
"New," he finishes after a moment, after swallowing down another noise. "Not the same."
The way Goro says that, dropping the proper grammar. A glimpse of his real self. A shudder runs through Ren, and he bares his teeth. "Don't you fucking dare."
He knows what it feels like to get hard, and this isn't completely unlike that. But everything is weird, the sensations are new and Goro has his hand inside a hole that didn't exist twelve hours ago, and even though something is filling out and getting bigger under Goro's hand, it's different from what Ren had before. But Ren is less angry about it every moment and more intent on finding out what else it has to offer, so he grinds against Goro's hand some more and lets his... whatever it is... twitch and start to grow.
As it does, something... shifts? He doesn't remove Goro's hand, but he does glance down.
