Her smile becomes just a bit more teasing in turn.

"Well, you know. I'm sentimental."

She refuses to let that line go, not that this Akechi knows about it. Surprisingly, there's no hint of frustration or negativity behind her saying it.

"That, and you weigh things carefully, and you're quick on the uptake. Or at least that's what I'm getting out of this."

Those are good signs for someone stuck in the role she found herself in, if he is indeed in the same situation.
